We’re excited to launch our all-new WordPress Plugin<\/a> today. It comes with improved performance and some cool features.<\/span><\/div>\n

What do you need to do?<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

  1. Delete the existing LinkMyDeals Plugin from your WordPress admin panel. <\/span><\/li>\n
  2. And then install the new LinkMyDeals plugin (https:\/\/wordpress.org\/plugins\/linkmydeals\/<\/a>)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    We suggest you switch to the new plugin ASAP since we are deprecating the existing plugins effective immediately! The old plugins will continue to operate as usual till 30th November 2021<\/strong>, after which the auto-pilot feature will stop working. You will be able to continue using them for manual uploads in old CSV formats. However, no support will be provided for such usage.<\/span><\/div>\n

    Why are we doing this?<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n
    So far we had different plugins for all popular WordPress Themes that we supported, and there were different feed formats for each theme. The initial idea was that it will help us provide feeds in exact formats as required for each theme. But practically, that was not helpful. <\/span><\/div>\n

    Over the years we realized that most WP themes do not provide a way to bulk “edit” and “delete” the offers. At LinkMyDeals, we not only add new offers to your website but also update and delete existing offers when required<\/em>. <\/span><\/div>\n

    To solve this, we had no option but to create our own upload process. And now that we have our process implemented for each theme, it is only logical that we create a single plugin for all WordPress Coupon Themes that we support, instead of maintaining different code versions for each theme. This will also make it easier for you, as you will not have to change the format in your LinkMyDeals account if you switch themes.<\/span><\/div>\n
