As an e-commerce coupon/cashback website/app, you know how important it is to have accurate and relevant categories for your coupons. Categories help you organize your coupons, and make them easier to find and use. However, the e-commerce industry is constantly changing and evolving, and so are the products and services that consumers are looking for. That’s why we at LinkMyDeals are always updating our category list to reflect the latest trends and standards in the e-commerce industry.
Here’s what we are changing so far :
- Renaming some existing categories

In the above table, the “New Categories” column indicated the categories that will be used instead of “Old Categories” from 5th July 2023.

Note: -The previously mapped categories will be reset to blank, so you will need to remap the New Category as per your website category.

The custom category names for the newly added categories will by default remain blank. However it is not compulsory for you to use LMD categories, you can map your own categories that you wish to display on your website using our category mapping feature.
